Gabriella Michelle "EllaHenderson (born 12 January 1996) is a British singer-songwriter from Tetney, England. Initially, she made it as a finalist on the ninth series of The X Factor (2012) and finished in sixth place, despite seeming a strong favourite to win. Her current labels are Syco Music and Columbia Records.

Henderson's debut album Chapter One was released on 13 October 2014 and peaked at #1. Her first single, "Ghost", co-written with singer-songwriter Ryan Tedder was released on 8 June 2014 and went straight to #1 in UK charts, remaining in the top 5 for eight straight weeks. Her second hit UK single, "Glow", was released on 5 October 2014 and made its debut at #7.

Henderson achieved a scholarship at Tring Park School, Hertfordshire, for the performing arts, and boarded at the school from the age of 11 to 16. She attended the school at the same time as Dan Ferrari-Lane of District3. Ferrari-Lane appeared alongside her on The X Factor in 2012.
