Invincible is the final studio album by American musician Michael Jackson. It was his 10th studio album released on October 30, 2001, by Epic Records. The album was the first release of new Jackson material since Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix in 1997, the first studio album in six years since HIStory: Past, Present and Future, Book I in 1995, and the first studio album containing all-new material since Dangerous in 1991.
Invincible explores themes such as love, romance, isolation, media criticism, and social issues. Despite receiving mixed reviews from critics, it sold 18 million units. It became one of the top selling albums of the 2000s. The album is considered one of the most underrated releases in history. It was also one of the most censored musical albums of all time, due to the escalating conflict of interests between Jackson and the record label Sony. Largely due to these disputes, the album saw little promotion. The album's singles got very little radio play, save for "Your Rock My World", which came out as number ten on the Billboard Hot 100.
